Helping people is what we do. We rely on community donations to provide free wrap-around services to financially disadvantaged families.

If you are experiencing financial hardship please click the orange 'New Families: Register Here' button so we can assist you.

Regular Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday 9:30 am to 1 pm

Please click here for a list of items we accept. We are accepting fall and winter clothing!

  • Please drop off clothing at the charity, at 166 South Service Rd East, Oakville during the listed hours. Our Dropbox is also available at the same location from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

  • If you can separate and label your clothing donations, with 'RECYCLE' on bags containing well-worn items, it greatly assists our volunteer teams.

  • We accept only items on this list. Our volunteers appreciate you taking the time to review, and respect that we must turn away items that we can’t use.

As part of our commitment to reducing waste, excess clothing donation may be sent to recycling, with the proceeds invested back into the charity. We also host end-of-season garage sales to help us to manage clothing inventory.

If you have furniture to donate, click here for more information.

We will determine if you require one of Safetynet's programs, or we will refer you to another community partner who can better assist your needs.
